Abstract—Electrical Discharge Machining is a one of the electrical energy based Unconventional Machining Technique. The electrical energy is directly used to remove or cut the metals. It’s also called as Spark Erosion Machining or Electro Erosion Machining. The metal is removed by electrical spark discharge between tool (Cathode) and workpiece (Anode). Electrical Discharge Machining is used in mould and die making industries, Automobile industries and making of Aerospace components. Index Terms—Die sinker EDM, MRR, TWR, SR, Taguchi
